Our service for you

All devices by Humares® GmbH have been intentionally designed in a lightweight and convenient manner so these can be sent via the conventional parcel service. This is certainly a more affordable and quicker method compared to on-site customer service as provided by some of our competitors.

We always strive to keep free replacement devices on hand within the course of required technical safety checks or repairs (in compliance with the Directive for Users of Medical Devices (MPBetreibV)) so that our customers’ downtimes are kept to a minimum. A required replacement device that is in storage can still be sent out on the same day (before 2 pm). In this case, the parcel service will deliver your replacement device and take the other one off your hands.

New: Online device training                     

As of now, additional device training can also be performed online if needed. Procedure: Simply get in touch with us via one of the contact options listed above, specify the device type and device number, and we will agree on a suitable date.

Maintenance requirement and maintenance costs

All medical devices must be subjected to regular technical safety checks (every 2 years) in accordance with the Directive for Users of Medical Devices. Travel costs for on-site service technicians are omitted for Humares® products. Additionally, maintenance costs for Humares® products are very transparent and lucid due to previously communicated fixed prices.

Important notice  for used devices!                   

Practices sometimes change their therapy concepts and sell their devices over the Internet via sales portals. Potential buyers should proceed with caution, and the Directive for Users of Medical Devices should be observed. Among other things, the directive states that the buyer “… must be instructed… in the proper handling, application and operation of the medical device.” Please contact us if you have any questions or require clarifications.

Customer service and spare parts after 25 years

We are offering a special device service for loyal customers. Due to the longevity of our products, our devices frequently accompany our customers into their well-deserved retirement or transfer of their practice. Humares® GmbH will repair any device at production costs if it malfunctions during this transitional time until the practice is transferred or closed down. This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ for many years of loyalty.
